Art in Bloom - Annually in June

Pre-event activities: 

• Marketing, including printed material distribution, promotion at the vendor booth at local Farmer’s Markets

• Clean up the gardens (Kokepelli Gardens), hang and tag art, hand out and collect directional signs for the event, and set up general event items (tents, chairs, tables, etc.).

During Event activities: 

• Guest greeters, event load-in & clean-up, maintenance crew

SandBlast Festival of the Arts - Annually in July

Pre-event activities: 

• Marketing, including printed material distribution, promotion at the vendor booth at local Farmer’s Markets

• Planning committees include Communications, Artists, Music, Vendors, and Sand Sculpture

• Participate in one or more committees, attend meetings, and work to execute varying tasks

During Event activities: 

• Assist artists with load-in and booth setup; hang and collect directional signs for the event; and assist with general setup (tents, chairs, tables, etc.).

• Guest greeters, event load-in & clean-up, maintenance crew

Booth work

• Work a booth for the DFA at Duvall Days and Farmers Markets in Carnation and Duvall, 2-3 hour shifts.

NOTE: Some activities may require the ability to do the following:

• Lift up to 50 lbs

• Work in weather conditions 

• Stand for 2 or more hours

• Be available at specific times
